Bookings are secured upon fully cleared payment of invoice and signed rental contract prior to any event delivery.

Any delay in payment/contract may result in other parties booking items requested.

What are the rental periods?

A 3 day package means the hire period does not exceed longer than 3 days.

A 5 day package means the hire period does not exceed longer than 5 days.

We can pickup items earlier within each period by prior arrangement.

Shorter or longer hire terms can be arranged by agreement.

Delivery - What are the drop off and pick times?

We understand that most exhibition venues allow specific time slots for set up and pack down, we will always do our best to deliver/pick up within these or with prior arrangement with the hirer.

Normally we would expect to deliver between 8am - 12pm on first hire day.

Our business hours are normally 8am - 17:30pm

A $75+gst re-delivery fee will apply if access to event is not possible when agreed.

Who is responsible for lost, stolen & damaged goods?

All efforts should be made by the hirer to ensure goods are cared for and safe.

Avoid impact damage, scratching to screen surface and prevent item from being knocked over.

 The hirer or business entity on the contract is responsible for the goods from drop off to pickup.

Any losses/damages related to the items hire are to be recovered from the entity in the hire contract.

Items will be inspected on hand over and collection.


How do we get images or video on the screen?

The screen can play correctly formatted static images & video content from our USB. Files from the USB folder will playback in alpha numeric order over and over on a loop. Simply add or delete the files you wish to display. Static images are programmed to play for 7sec duration before next images plays in the sequence.

Video files will playback the duration of the video, see below for specifications.

We suggest a minimum of 3 files that loop to avoid 'burn in' damage to the screens.

What digital file format or video file is required?

The screen is a portrait HD format of 1080pixels wide x 1920pixels high.

Static images files such as .jpg & .png are ideal with file size up to 1.5mb.

Files MUST be in RGB colour space, CMYK wont work, nor will .PDF files.

Video clips should be .mp4 files, if they are 16:9 format, black bars top and bottom of frame will appear.
