Simon O’Connor - Founder

Simon has been involved in TV production since 1995, which encompassed working in Christchurch, London, Hong Kong & Shanghai. Starting out as a video editor, progressing to supervising editor, creative director/partner with several larger post-production companies in UK & Asia.
Simon led creative teams producing CGI - VFX work on TVCs primarily for automotive, beauty, food & beverage. Simon’s eye for detail soon had clients request his skills to produce & direct content for brands in the UK, Japan, China, India & Finland.
In 2015 a move back to New Zealand Loop Digital Media was founded. He helped raise his young family and juggle his video projects. These days he is right behind the camera or in the edit suite creating quality video work for all sorts of clients. He's happy listening to Spotify turned up loud… working in his garden or in his garage tinkering with his off-road ATV.
Delphine Loustau
Operations
Delphine has been with Loop Media since the beginning. Often operating behind the scenes, she manages customer enquiries, orders, production planning and manages all our business accounting.
Delphine originates from Bordeaux France and has high-level experience in UK music industry from working at Universal Records (PA to the company CEO). She progressed to then leading digital & anti-piracy teams. In NZ she has worked as a production coordinator in design agencies, specialising in branding and website creation.
